Our goal is to improve continuously and to promote development. The multi-layered cooperation between the individual companies and our Matthews Europe Roto-Group goes hand in hand with cultural exchange and international experience. English is the primary language used hereby and it is gaining in importance. We expect willingness to participate in international exchanges from many of our employees and promote them with corresponding language programmes.
